The hugely successful Harrogate Choral Week grew to be the largest single week gathering of choral singers in the country. Its blend of large chorus and chamber choir repertoire, excellent choral tutors and mix of singing and social activities made it a very popular course for singers of all abilities and backgrounds.

After twelve years based in the North Yorkshire spa town, the course relocated to a new venue – Cranleigh School in Surrey.

Cranleigh School has superb facilities with a purpose built Music School and a range of other rehearsal and performing facilities, including the large School Chapel. The School offers a host of recreational activities including a modern indoor swimming pool, stables and even a nine hole golf course.

For 2008 the end of week concert is of Vaughan William's A Sea Symphony and Stanford's Songs of the Fleet, which will be held in Guildford Cathedral on Saturday 16th August.
